Updated review Customer service here is extremely disappointing. The receptionists are not helpful, and getting someone on the phone often means being left on hold repeatedly. I’ve had several bad experiences over the years, and I’ve finally decided to switch to another location. They also misdiagnosed my daughter with a dental problem and sent us to a specialist three times. The specialist told me that my daughter actually had nothing wrong with her teeth and didn’t understand why she had been diagnosed with a problem in the first place. This cost me unnecessary time, money, gas, and a lot of stress. My last visit was for a deep cleaning, and the hygienist performed it with the chair light off because it was broken. This felt unsafe and unprofessional. If you have the option, go to another location. There are many things that need to be improved here.

3rd appointment on this place and not coming anymore, the 3 times have to wait 1 hour exactly each time. Don't waste your time.

my first appointment to this place was horrible. I was not given a courtesy call before. when I arrived to my appointment early. i was not seen by the doctor until 4 hours later. i was not seen by the doctor. I was seen by the tech to the doctor. Followed up for my 2nd appt, the office did not bill all the services I had at the time. Stated I had no coverage and that was not true. The office initially told me no they would not resubmit it and eventually resubmitted it After I called multiple times. this was not a great experience with this office and this was a referral off of the same entity . Would not go back to the office in the future. Although the staff was for the most part polite. will not recommend . The doctor was good and polite , but not a fan.

We had an amazing experience with my son’s braces dentist! At Greenberg dental and orthodontics .From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was so kind, professional, and attentive. The dentist was absolutely amazing — very patient, knowledgeable, and made my son feel comfortable throughout the whole visit. What truly stood out to me was how the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before leaving, especially since we live far away. They were very organized, thoughtful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent care, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. We left feeling very well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Greenberg Dental today. Dr. Sterrett and his entire team removed my wisdom teeth, and I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received. Everyone was very kind, professional, and patient with me. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Dr. Sterrett was very gentle and knowledgeable, and the staff was incredibly supportive. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs dental care. Thank you again to Dr. Sterrett and the whole team! Laura S.
